Description
Components for rectangular and round air ducts: elbows 90°/60°/45°/30°, tees, transitions, flexible inserts, backdraft dampers, gate valves, flanges, angle brackets, fasteners. Manufactured from galvanized steel with a thickness of 0.5-1.5 mm on CNC equipment, dimensional accuracy ±1 mm. Available in stainless steel AISI 304/316, aluminum, with insulation coating. Fabrication according to customer drawings.

Will they fit my existing ductwork?
Yes. We manufacture according to EN 1506 (TFC/TCD flanges), GOST 14911 (stud bolt flanges), or to your dimensions. Send a drawing or dimensions of existing ducts — we will manufacture to exact size, without adapters.
Can I order according to a drawing in DWG/PDF?
Yes. We work with DWG, DXF, PDF, PNG formats. An engineer will review the drawing and, if necessary, suggest structural improvements. Manufacturing lead time per drawings is 7-10 days. Minimum order for custom sizes is $200.
How are they packaged for transport?
Standard packaging: wooden crate made of boards, corrugated cardboard padding between items, marking of each element (size, position per drawing). For sea/rail transport — additional waterproofing. Batch weight is indicated in the packing list.
Can I order the entire air duct system at once?
Yes, this is our core specialization. Send us the building plan and ventilation calculation — we will manufacture ALL air ducts and components according to the specification, number each element, and include an installation diagram. The manufacturing time for a system for a 5000 m² building is 20-25 days.
