28-story Class A business center in the center of Astana. A comprehensive ventilation and air conditioning system with automated control was required. Special attention was paid to fire safety and EAC certification.

High fire safety requirements (class F1.1), need for integration with the building automation system, strict delivery deadlines (45 days).
Решение
Fire dampers with electromagnetic actuators were supplied, integrated with the facility's fire alarm system. All products are EAC certified. Shipment in two batches for parallel installation.
Результат
The facility was commissioned on time. The ventilation system passed the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Kazakhstan inspection on the first attempt. The client returned for a second project.
