Expansion of one of the world's largest shopping centers. An additional building with an area of 25,000 m² featuring shops, restaurants, and an entertainment zone.
The task.
High noise requirements (Dubai mall standard — 35 dBA in retail areas), UAE Civil Defense fire safety regulations, fast delivery to meet the construction schedule.
Solution
Silencers 1200 mm long with acoustic calculation for specific sections. Fire dampers with UAE Civil Defense certificate. Shipping by sea container, lead time 25 days.
Result
All products have passed the UAE Civil Defense inspection. Noise measurements in the retail areas — 32-34 dBA (below the standard). The facility was delivered on schedule.
